Straight answers

The questions people call and ask us. If yours is not here, call — a person picks up.

(904) 898-9989
Do I need my CLP before I start?

No. Week one is the ELDT theory that gets you there, and you leave that week with the permit in hand.

What is the difference between automatic and manual?

Train on an automatic and your license carries a restriction that keeps you out of manual trucks. Train on a manual and you can drive either. That is the whole $1,000 difference.

Is the road test really not included?

It is not, and we would rather you read that here than find out at signing. It costs $510 and we schedule it for you while you train.

How does the payment plan work?

$1,000 down, then four weekly payments. We finance it ourselves, so there is no bank and no outside credit check.

Do I need a DOT medical card first?

Yes, before the permit. We will point you to a certified examiner near the yard and tell you what to bring.
